Two pages the site already pointed at are now live. Anyone can go to /verify, paste the verification link or code from a license certificate, and see its tier, who it’s licensed to, and whether it’s still active — checked against our records, with no personal data exposed (there’s a sample certificate to try, too). And our fee — a flat 9% + 30¢, dropping to 7% for Pro Artists — now has its own page, linked from the footer and drawn straight from the same numbers on our home page so the two can never drift apart. Protecting an upload happens in the background, so you shouldn’t have to sit and watch the tab. Now, when a work finishes processing, we email you once — “ready to publish,” with a link straight to it — and if something went wrong, one honest note that we couldn’t process it and to re-upload. The email is batched per work, not per file: upload a piece with several files and you get a single message once they’ve all settled, never one ping per file. It carries only the work’s own title and a link back to it — never the technical details of what failed, and never a word of blame. There are no notification settings yet, so this is all we send and nothing more; when there’s more to tune we’ll build the controls rather than pretend they’re there. When a verified buyer reviews one of your works, we now email you — the star rating, the review’s title, and a link straight to it — so you don’t have to keep checking. And when a seller replies to a review you wrote, you get a note too, with their reply and a link back. Both emails carry only what’s already public: the work’s title, the rating, the review or reply itself, and the shop’s name — never the other person’s email or full name. There’s no digest or notification settings yet, so we send just these two and nothing else; when there’s more to tune we’ll build the controls rather than pretend they’re there. Artists can now request verification from their settings, and a “verified” badge appears on your shop and listings once our team reviews and approves it — and only then. It’s a real human decision, recorded with the reviewer and a note; nobody wears the badge by default or by accident, and every shop stays honestly unverified until it’s approved. The marketplace home now has a “Browse by category” row — one tile per kind of work that actually exists on the platform (illustration, pattern, font, brush, SVG), each showing a real count and opening that filtered view. Kinds with nothing behind them don’t get a tile, so every tile leads somewhere real; on an empty catalog the row simply doesn’t appear. The invented parts of the mockup — the “works registered” ticker, the featured-artist hero, the “verified artists” rail, the editor’s collections — stay off until there’s something true to put there. Browsing the marketplace is now real work done on the server, not a trick on the page. Search covers every matching work, not just the ones already on screen; you can filter by kind of asset — illustration, pattern, font, brush, SVG — and stack filters, each shown as a chip you can remove. The type filters only list kinds that actually have work behind them, so you never click into an empty shelf, and results load a page at a time. What we left out is as deliberate as what we put in: no “verified artists only” filter while verification isn’t live, no “on sale” toggle without real discounts, no invented result count — only controls that do something. You can now add several pieces to a cart and buy them together, as long as they’re from the same artist — one order, one payment, every license issued at once. The cart lives in your browser, the nav shows a real count, and checkout lists each line with a single honest total: no invented “estimated tax,” and card details stay inside Stripe’s secure field rather than a look-alike form. Buying from two different artists in one order isn’t here yet — it needs careful, correct handling of paying each artist their exact share, and we’d rather build that properly than fake it, so a cross-shop item is politely refused instead of quietly mis-charging anyone. When a listing’s link is shared, the preview card now shows that specific piece — using the same watermarked, signed preview we show everywhere else, never the untouched original. If a work doesn’t have that preview yet, the link falls back to the site’s own card rather than showing something misleading. Built and tested behind the gate.

Creating an account now has its own page. Tell us whether you’re here to buy art or to sell it, drop in your email, and we send a one-tap sign-in link — no password to invent or forget. Choosing “sell” takes you to opening a shop after you confirm your email; it doesn’t quietly make you a seller before you’ve done anything. There’s no “sign up with Google” button that leads nowhere, and the founding-artist line shows the real number of spots left — switching to “join the launch waitlist” the moment they’re gone. Wrong turns now land somewhere considered instead of a stock error screen. A missing page offers a real way back — search the marketplace, or head to your library or account — and a server hiccup offers a plain “try again.” We don’t claim “we’ve been notified” unless something is actually listening, and there’s no fake “you’re offline, but your library still works” promise we can’t keep. Sellers can now build a public shop and open it to the world. The Shop Builder lets you pick a theme and accent, round your corners, post an announcement, and turn sections on or reorder them — with a live preview, and only the controls that actually change your public page (nothing that saves but does nothing). Your shop goes live at its own address: your name and bio, your works, and real reviews from verified buyers — shown as a first name and last initial, never a full identity — with a “verified artist” badge that appears only when verification is real, so nobody wears one falsely. Settings gathers your profile, how your work is made, your account, and Vacation mode: turn it on and new purchases pause across your shop — enforced at checkout, not just a greyed-out button — while everyone who already bought from you keeps every download and license. What isn’t built yet is left off rather than faked: no follower counts, no drop countdowns, no collections or commissions, no message box. Built and tested behind the gate.

The console gains two pages. Finances shows what you’ve actually earned: your available and pending payout balance read straight from your connected Stripe account, your payout history, and revenue this month and to date — every figure net of the single platform fee and computed from your own order records, with a fee explainer that spells out that Vernissas pays the card-processing fee rather than deducting it from you. Until your first payout clears, those sections show honest empty and “temporarily unavailable” states instead of invented zeros. The Protection Center shows how every work is protected — protected, processing, and failed counts alongside C2PA-signed, do-not-train, and cloaked tallies — each one computed from the real state of your files, with a per-work coverage list. What we can’t do yet is left out, not faked: there’s no web-scanning “matches found” feed and no takedown pipeline, so the page says plainly that automated monitoring is still being built rather than pretending to watch the web for you. The console now shows every sale and every license you’ve issued. Orders lists each sale with a fully transparent fee breakdown — the gross, the single platform fee, and exactly what you keep — with buyers shown only as a first name and last initial, never their email. Licenses shows who holds a license for which work, at which tier, with a certificate link for the ones still active. Every figure is the real one from your own records: no invented “processing” deduction, no made-up statuses, and the things we can’t back yet — seller-issued refunds, disputes, invoices, exports, messaging — are left out rather than shown as buttons that do nothing.

Sellers can now take a work from upload to published in one guided wizard: drop an image, watch the real protection pipeline run stage by stage, set one base price that automatically prices every license tier, and publish — with a Save-as-draft to step away and come back. Listings can be edited, and paused or resumed to quietly take a piece off sale without touching the licenses already sold. Everything shown is the real state: a listing can’t go live with no price or an unfinished protection run, the license prices are computed from your base rather than typed in, and anything the backend can’t do yet — per-tier custom pricing, retuning protection after publishing, scheduled drops — is left out rather than faked.

Sellers now have a real console: a home dashboard with honest numbers — sales this month shown net of the platform fee, a rolling revenue chart, and a protection tally computed from each work’s real state — plus a listings index with per-work status, price, sales, and how each is protected, your reviews re-slotted into the console shell, and a dedicated route to open a shop, connect payouts, and publish your first work. Everything we couldn’t back with real data is left out, not faked: no traffic or conversion card, no week-over-week deltas, no invented pending-orders badge. Built and tested behind the gate.

Buyers now have a real account area: an overview with your purchases, licenses, and saved works at a glance; settings for your name, photo, and privacy; a full order page for every purchase with re-downloads and license certificates; and a print-ready receipt for each order. Every number on these pages is the real one, and everything we left out — messaging, VAT invoices, notification toggles — is left out because the machinery behind it doesn’t exist yet, not hidden behind dead buttons.

Every work now carries a heart — on browse cards, on the product page — and everything you save lives at /favorites, alongside your library and ledger. Saves are tied to your account, counts are real, and if an artist later delists a saved work it stays in your list, honestly labeled instead of silently vanishing. Built and tested behind the gate.

Every license you hold now lives in one place: the work, the key, the issue date, your unit cap, and a link to its public certificate. Commercial licenses can upgrade to Extended in place — you pay only the difference, priced server-side against what you actually paid, and the old license stays in your ledger as superseded, never erased. Buyers now have a library: sign in with your checkout email and every work you own is there — title, artist, and the license you actually bought — with re-download a click away. Files are prepared per order with an invisible buyer fingerprint, and that fact is disclosed right on the page, next to the button. Each card links its public license certificate. Every sale issues a signed certificate — and now anyone can check one publicly: license tier, licensee, and status, straight from the tamper-evident signature, with no buyer contact details exposed. A labeled sample certificate shows what verification looks like before your first sale.

Listings now carry reviews — and only real buyers can write them. Every review is tied to a fulfilled purchase, shows the license that was actually bought, and sellers can reply. Sellers can now opt a listing into anti-AI cloaking: an adversarial layer perturbs the public preview to disrupt how today's image models encode it — measured against a real model, kept near-invisible to buyers, and the invisible watermark still survives it.
